Farmer T or Farmer Jase will bring a book and one of his friends to read to your group!  Imagine listening to The Very Hungry Goat and meeting one of OUR very hungry goats?  Or what about listening to Happy Pig Day and getting to celebrate pig day with Goober and/or Lolli!  We have LOTS of books, or you can provide one and we'll provide the read-aloud along with a furry or feathered friend!

Typically our read aloud experiences are 20 minutes per group or class, we can adjust for ages and interest.  We can book a single read aloud (ie: library) or an hour that usually allows us to read to 3 classes or groups.  

Depending on the animal we can read indoors or outdoors!

$200 for up to one hour + $100 each additional hour

This is like our animal storytime but without the story!  Allow us to teach your group about one specific type of animal!  Farmer T or Farmer Jase will come and teach your group/class all about one type of animal, including how to take care of the animal, what they eat, where they live, and what they are used for.  Sometimes we refer to nonfiction children's books throughout the presentation.  If you are learning something specific, let us know and we will be sure to highlight the areas covered by your curriculum or badge requirements to complement your children's overall learning experience!

Farmer Jase's favorite!  He will stay inside the fence so you and your children can pet, hug, and snuggle with 8-10 of our animals.  He also answers their questions and helps catch any animal if there is a particular one they want to meet!

We will set up our outdoor enclosure with a large canopy over it just in case it's super sunny or rainy.  

Each class or group is usually 15-20 minutes, allowing 5-10 children at a time in the fence to help us best supervise everyone.

$500 for up to two hours + $150 each additional hour

Is your class/group learning about horses?  Or would they like to?  Our horses love snuggles and sometimes feel left out since they don't get to come to our petting farm experiences.  Farmer T and/or Farmer Jase provide an interactive presentation where children get to come up and help us take care of our horses - from grooming with different brushes, to learning about how we take care of their feet.  

Typical presentations last approximately 20 minutes per class or group.

We can also demonstrate how we put on their saddles and ride them - however we do not offer rides for the safety of our horses and your group/class.

$300 for up to an hour + $100 each additional hour

To alleviate rising fuel costs we charge a travel fee of $1/mile between your location and our farm!
